All our sales are final, and for a very good reason.
Our products have either a free or trial edition: in other words, you can try them for free before you buy. This is to avoid the cost of refunds, that can be as high as $15-$25. Our products are sold at very competitive prices, and we'd be unable to do this if we allowed refunds and the consequential additional charges.
So, we believe that having tried our product for free, you liked it and then made your decision to purchase.
It is hardly fair to purchase a product that could be tested in minutes for free, then ask for a refund. However, we are prepared to replace the product with another VisualVision product, provided that you pay any difference in cost. Alternatively, within 7 days from the purchase of the electronic edition we could refund 75% of the purchase price; within 30 days 50%. For the carton box, 50% within 45 days. As we have no way of checking that you actually delete the product from your PC, and it is likely you purchased it after evaluation, this is the maximum we can offer.
By the way any order under $25 is non refundable.
This policy is only adopted when absolutely necessary, as we strongly disagree with a too much "liberal" use of credit cards. We are a real business with real employees and real costs. If you are unsure, please get one of the free trials, or one of the LITE editions.
